We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damage or tampering when receiving or signing for receipt.

Free Shipping

Renaissance Diamonds orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of Domestic FedEx Next Day Air. You will have to sign for your package as they cannot be left at your door.

Shipping To APO & FPO

Renaissance Diamonds ships to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. For more information, please visit our Military Shipping page.

Signature Requirements

For your safety, all Renaissance Diamonds shipments require a signature upon delivery. Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email and ensure someone is available to sign for the package. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning your package to us. While we can reship a returned package, a $30 fee applies. We are unable to change your shipping address once your package has shipped. If needed, our Customer Service Associates can help arrange a hold location for pickup prior to shipment, just chat or call us at 1.888.968.4877.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

For orders shipping to the U.S., you'll find an estimated ship date listed in the product details for each item. This date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, manufacture, and package your order. This is generally within 14 days of received orders.

  • If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.

  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

For international orders, we will provide you with an estimated ship date. Actual arrival date may vary based on transport times and customs clearance. 

Shipping To Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Renaissance Diamonds can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud you may be required to provide additional details if shipping to an address different than your billing address. 

If you cannot be available or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local FedEx hold for pick up location so that you can sign for and pick it up within three days.

All orders are shipped free via FedEx Priority Next Day Air.

  • Renaissance Diamonds will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. 

  • Signature requirements for delivery:

Every item we send comes in our signature LED lighted leather presentation gift box. Engagement rings arrive in a deluxe ring box within an elegant leather LED presentation box ready for your proposal. Loose diamonds are presented in a Eco-Friendly diamond holder that securely holds the stone.
