Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. All Renaissance Diamonds products are backed by a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a like-kind replacement or a refund equal to the original selling price.

If the issue is determined to be unrelated to a manufacturing defect, we’ll notify you and offer repair services if available, at cost.

Please note: Slight irregularities in craftsmanship, natural inclusions, or internal characteristics—particularly in colored gemstones—are normal and part of the beauty of each piece. These are not considered defects.

Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection for Diamond Rings

To help preserve the life and brilliance of your diamond ring, we recommend having it cleaned and inspected every six months, or after any physical impact.

Renaissance Diamonds offers this service free of charge to customers on any Renaissance Diamonds diamond ring. Customers only pay for shipping the item to us — we cover the return shipping.

During inspection, if any maintenance is needed (such as prong tightening or repair), we’ll let you know and offer repair at cost.

Conditions and Exclusions

This warranty and complimentary services apply only to the original purchaser of the product.

Any maintenance, resizing, or repair work performed by a third party (outside Renaissance Diamonds) will void the warranty.

Please note: fine jewelry is delicate by nature and not immune to normal wear, accidental damage, or loss. Especially with rings, which endure frequent contact and impact, wear and tear is expected. We do not cover:

  • Damage from normal wear, product loss, or theft.
  • Damage resulting from failure to obtain timely repairs or maintenance.
  • Discoloration due to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Prong wear or metal fatigue requiring restoration over time.
  • Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs resulting in lost stones.
  • Stone loss due to chipping, breaking, or impact damage.
