FREE LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY: Our goal is to ensure the quality of your purchase; we proudly stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime. Additionally, we guarantee that your Renaissance Diamonds will never cloud or lose their brilliance or luster. However, damage from mishandling, or mysterious disappearance, is not covered by this Limited-Lifetime Warranty.
We manufacture our diamonds and jewelry using the highest quality, ethically sourced materials, and each piece is hand-inspected prior to shipment. Our Limited-Lifetime Warranty offers free repolishing, prong inspection and tightening, rhodium plating, and cleaning services.
If your jewelry or diamond requires servicing, or you need other services not covered under our Limited-Lifetime Warranty, you can mail your jewelry back to our office for inspection*. Once inspected, if charges apply, you will be notified before any work is performed on your jewelry or diamond.
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to return your item(s) and take advantage of our free Limited-Lifetime Warranty, or request additional repair work for your Renaissance Diamonds jewelry.
*To return an item purchased from Renaissance, U.S. customers may purchase a fully insured shipping label for $30. International customers will be subject to return shipping costs applicable to their geographic location. We will ship your item back to you free of charge and insured.
