At Renaissance, we are committed to the quality of our products and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you suspect a defect, please return the item for inspection. If we find that the defect is due to manufacturing, we will repair or, if necessary, replace the item. Should the original item be unavailable, we may replace it with a similar product or offer a refund equal to the original item's selling price.
If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and provide options for repair services at your expense.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services for Diamond Jewelry
We recommend having your diamond ring and prong set jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or after any potential impact. Regular inspections can help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewelry. Renaissance offers free cleaning and inspection services for diamond jewelry purchased from us. You will only need to cover the cost of shipping to us, while we will pay for return shipping. Repairs to the jewelry mounting or setting can be performed at cost during this time.
Conditions and Exclusions
The above Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services apply only to the original purchaser of the product from Renaissance.
Any maintenance, repair, sizing, or other services performed by anyone other than Renaissance will void the Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Fine jewelry is subject to wear and tear, especially rings, which are exposed to daily use. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Additionally, damage resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the product’s integrity is not covered.
Examples of common issues not covered by the warranty include:
- Intentional damage to jewelry by misuse.
- Wear on prongs and precious metals that may require restoration over time.
- Bent or worn-out prongs causing a stone to fall out due to normal wear.
- Lost or broken stones caused by chipping or damage from normal wear.
