Our Return Policy
We want you to be treated like "We would like to be treated",... that seems fair. You can return any item free of charge that you have purchased from Renaissance that did not meet your expectations.
The following conditions apply to Consumer returns:
1. All items must be returned within 30 days of
signed receipt of your purchase.
2. Items may not be worn, resized, engraved,
altered or damaged in any way; if so, the item will not be accepted for return
and will be returned back to you and a credit will not be issued.
3. Jewelry items will only be accepted for return
if the item comes in its original packaging materials, security tags attached
& unaltered and documentation intact.
4. Loose Renaissance Created Diamonds are not
supplied with security tags but come with an Appraisal and Diamond
Certificate of Authenticity. They must be in the original condition the diamond was shipped, free of any scratches, chips or any marks indicating that the
diamond was mounted or set.
5. If you would prefer to exchange your item
for another selection from RenaissanceDiamonds.com, you may it as
per conditions 1-4 above and receive 100% credit towards any new item you

WE WILL MAKE YOU AWARE AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE IF THE ITEM YOU ARE REQUESTING IS A CUSTOM DESIGN AND MAY REQUIRE THAT YOU SIGN A FORM THAT YOUR PURCHASE FALLS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.
