These are not Fake or Synthetic Diamonds! Each is A Certified Diamond and Is Chemically, Optically & Physically Identical to a Mined Diamond.
Renaissance Created Diamonds was founded in 1995 when escalating prices and supply shortages of fine diamonds and precious gemstones created the need to seek out and develop lab grown alternatives.
Our lab grown diamonds are certified to be of the highest quality, Eco-friendly and sustainablly produced. The innovative approach considers both the consumers needs and our planet's resources to produce one-of-a-kind colorless and fancy colored diamonds.
In a joint venture with Scio Diamond, we've grown many of our colorless and fancy colored diamonds here. Their Greenville, SC based state-of-the-art facility was developed by a cutting-edge team of scientists that build the complex growing chambers and create the recipes. Each houses a tiny diamond seed that will grow to be physically, chemically and optically identical to natural mined diamonds.
Their many patents provide for the similar processes of heat, pressure, and carbon crystallization that the Earth uses to form diamonds deep inside its core.
The results are grown rough diamonds that will ultimately rival the some of the most incredible and expensive diamonds found in nature.
Created diamonds are optically, physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds. Both are composed of 100% carbon and have the same chemical composition, hardness, density, refractive index and dispersion factor. A created diamond is identical in brilliance, sparkle, fire and scintillation - the only difference is that a lab created diamond comes from above the earth, a mined diamond comes from below.

Renaissance Created Diamonds larger than 0.50 carats are certified by either the International Gemological Institute or by the Gemological Institute of America. The certificates that accompany your purchase, ensure that your diamond is 100% identical to a mined diamond in its quality, optical finish, strength, and chemical and physical properties.
